Important announcement from the Victorian State Government-
The Victorian Government is developing a 10-year strategy for social and affordable housing in Victoria. Our vision is that all Victorians have access to safe, affordable and appropriate housing.
To achieve our vision, we need to take action, which is where we need your input. We want to know what actions you think will help us to achieve our vision.
How to get involved
We are inviting you or your organisation to have a say by:
- responding to the online survey
- making a written submission
If you represent an organisation, we encourage you to share the discussion paper and key links with your networks and/or social housing residents you work with so they can have their say.
Homes Victoria will also be speaking with social housing residents and sector partners during this consultation process.
This consultation closes on Friday 9 April 2021.
Submissions and feedback will be used to inform the 10-Year Strategy and the future of social and affordable housing in Victoria. The strategy will be released in 2021.
We want to hear what you think we should to do to build a social and affordable housing system where all Victorians have access to safe, secure and appropriate housing.
