DESCRIPTION:This is a single-day course for any staff member or carer working directly\, or indirectly with clients. \nThe workplace is a highly stressful environment; our client’s stories can be difficult to hear. \nThis course will assist you in prioritising you and covers an introduction to self-care\, stress and vicarious trauma and self-care planning. \nWe recognise that you are busy\, and some of you may think you don’t have the time to take a full day off for this\, but trust us\, it will benefit your overall wellbeing.
