Ideal for leaders and managers who lead teams, this interactive one-day workshop outlines the importance of psychological safety for successful teamwork and organisational growth. You’ll gain strategies you can apply straight away to build a more psychologically safe team environment.

3. Select “Enrol” in the Learning Hub to secure your place. You will receive an automated calendar invite upon enrolment.
