Children’s Resource Program

The Children’s Resource Program for the Loddon Mallee Region is part of the Loddon Mallee Homelessness Network and is staffed by the Children’s Resource Worker, who provides  networking and resourcing services to homelessness services in the region.

The aim of the program is to provide a systemic regional response by advocating for structural reform,  highlighting service gaps and improved services and resources for children experiencing homelessness and family violence accessing Specialist Homelessness Services.

The Children’s Resource Worker also oversees two brokerage programs funded through the Department of Health and Human Services and R E Ross Trust, to assist children affected by homelessness with access to educational and recreational needs.
