Overview of training
This session was developed by MOAT: Mental Health Services to assist organisations in supporting staff when responding to potentially traumatic critical incidents. This course is particularly relevant for team leaders, managers and any senior staff members who may be called on to support colleagues following a critical incident.

Trainer Bio
John Cardamone is a leading Disclosure Response Specialist, Body Safety Educator, and Trauma-Informed Leadership Trainer. With over 12 years in education, 10 years in senior leadership, and an experienced counsellor, John brings a rare and powerful blend of lived experience, professional/educational insight, and systems-level expertise across multiple sectors.
