Join ESBF and Megan Corcoran, Founder of the Wagtail Institute and author of Beyond Survival Mode, for an engaging discussion on the connection between practitioner wellbeing and child wellbeing.

Drawing on her expertise in trauma-informed practice and positive psychology, Megan will explore why practitioner wellbeing is not simply a matter of self-care, but a critical component of effective, relational practice with children and families.

Participants will be introduced to the NEST Framework (Notice, Embed, Strengthen and Thrive) and gain practical insights into how wellbeing can be intentionally supported within day-to-day practice, teams and organisations.  This webinar is ideal for anyone who is responsible for supporting someone else as part of their role, whether that’s a child, families or staff within your program.
