Case management practice is a core skill in the child, youth and family services sector. This workshop will help provide you with the foundations of strong case management practice to apply into your own context.

The workshop aims to provide participants with an understanding of case management practice and the various skills that are required to fulfil this role within the community services sector.

3 x 3hr sessions Monday 17th , Tuesday 18th & Friday 21st August 2020

Participants MUST attend all 3 sessions to complete training.
