Self Care

This is a single-day course for any staff member or carer working directly, or indirectly with clients.

The workplace is a highly stressful environment; our client’s stories can be difficult to hear.

This course will assist you in prioritising you and covers an introduction to self-care, stress and vicarious trauma and self-care planning.

We recognise that you are busy, and some of you may think you don’t have the time to take a full day off for this, but trust us, it will benefit your overall wellbeing.
