Sunbury COBAW Community Health- Housing Support Program provides assistance to people who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless. The service provides assistance to single adults, families, women and children experiencing family violence, and young people from age 15 years.
The program aims to assist people to move through crisis and/or homelessness to independence and to maintain appropriate, secure and sustainable housing. The services offered may include access to crisis and transitional housing, assistance to apply for public and social housing or bond loans, advocacy, referral for generalist, financial, drug/alcohol counselling and children’s services.
