3 June  Trauma-informed practice 2: Creating healing systems
This workshop is crucial in understanding trauma’s impact on systems and learning how to create healing environments.

27 June  Self-Care for Workers
A single-day course for any staff member or carer working directly or indirectly with service users. This course will assist staff and carers to prioritise their own self-care.

18 July  Defusing and Debriefing
This course is particularly relevant for team leaders, managers and any senior staff members who may be called on to support colleagues following a critical incident.

24 July  Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training (ASIST)
ASIST is a 2-day interactive workshop in suicide first aid.

Featured eLearn: Specialist Homelessness Sector Practice – An introduction
This eLearn forms part of an induction package that includes eLearns and live sessions.

The course is designed to provide new workers with foundational information about the Victorian Specialist Homelessness Sector. It includes understanding the capabilities and knowledge required to deliver services to people experiencing a range of support issues who have been without a home or are currently without a home.

Upon completing this eLearn, you will be invited to attend a live session focused on active engagement strategies, responding to consumers and self-care strategies.
