The SHS Learning Program offers live training sessions and self-paced eLearns to help you develop the skills and knowledge you need to achieve better outcomes supporting people without a home.

Specialist Homelessness Information Platform (SHIP)
- The SHS Basic webinars cover essential SHIP topics, including key SHS collection concepts and definitions, confidentiality and consent, an overview of SHIP, opening a support period, recording case notes, payments, and accommodation, status updates, and running an SHS extract.
- This SHIP Advanced course is for leaders who have completed basic SHIP training and are proficient SHIP users.
